I fully agree with Mr. Simon Tay. Mr. Obama’s visit to Asia indeed carry a great value to the region. It’s a high expectation from Mr. Obama Along with the issues pointed out in the article I like to add one more. As a nation of 150M people, Bangladesh is also highly dependent on US Economy. Because of the tiny nation in the world we may not get the right attention all the time. But this nation is really trying to develop, mostly self-sufficient in food and growing industrialization specially in SME and Export oriented Garments sector. This is mainly dependent on the US market. So when somebody talks about the US Economy they may not realize the effect of the same to another 150M people in a tiny nation. In this time for globalization, nobody can stand alone with their own problems or solutions, it affect numerous number of people across the world. Big Powerful nations are taking decisions to solve their issues related to financial crisis as well as environmental issues like global warming. But I like to point out that in the process please keep others in mind and the effect of your decision on them too.
